This is a picture of our camper at Martinsville, VA. We camp here once per year to attend the NASCAR races. In the picture, you can see what can be required to get level. It requires several concrete blocks to get the front end high enough to level out the camper. This is an example of what can be required to dry camp. When you pull in, you need to be fairly self-sufficient. At the back of the camper, out of the picture, is our inverter. We use a Honda EU 3000, which I cannot recommend enough. I also use an RV pump mounted on a board to transfer water from an external water bladder in order to refill the fresh water tank, because once parked, the camper does not move until time to leave. We also like to make this a family and friend affair, with parents and friends also coming to the track for camping and to go to the race if they want to. We will be there this year as well, in two weeks.
